      Monday doesn't buy you everything

      Pros

      They showed me what I absolutely don't want in a company and what to look out for in the future.

      Cons

      This place is and was toxic with high rates of turn over. They continually snowed candidates to join them last year, and most left within 3 months if not sooner. The toxicity stems from the founders as the main source and trickles all the way down. They are micro-managers that don't allow people to do what they hired them for. I realized on my 2nd day with the company that I made a huge mistake, as I witnessed a senior manager openly berate and condescend a direct report on a team meeting call. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
