      1. Very helpful subordinates 2. HR Polices are Employee friendly. 3. Good amount of leaves given. 4. Health Family and Safety comes first then work.

      Cons

      Some teams may end up working in Silos, but that can be improved.

      Agile and nimble, Automation Anywhere generally is doing most things well. Competitive pay, good benefits.

      Cons

      Management need to slow down at times. Rework is common, meetings cancelled, directives changed on a dime.
