Flexible work hours. Leadership with vision. Niche products in the market. Stock options for employees. Streamlining the process across organization.

Cons

As processes are defined and streamlined, there are reworks often. Need to ramp up the Product Engineering team to address the stability challenges and faster GTM with reduced issues. During pandemic, the WFH facilities were not offered to employees situated in other cities than office location. Insurance coverage is decent but expensive. Appraisal discussions needs to be 2way between Manager and subordinates and more transparent.
