Pros

? People think RPA is hot. UiPath is a great company. Automation Anywhere is a terrible work environment where nepotism and micromanagement make an otherwise promising place toxic for everyone else.

Cons

They will expect you to work 24/7/365. Management is incompetent, insecure, and uninspiring. There is a ton of shifting politics and you might get fired suddenly even if you are a high-performer.

Pros

This is a company that I believe is pulling off a cultural transformation. Life is always easy when things "just work." But what happens when things don't go well? In most companies I've seen people ignore problems, but not here. I've seen continual progress and success in trying to improve things for both our customers and our employees.

Cons

A company that has been a "startup" for a long time will have a lot of history that can't be shaken off over night. Sometimes that history is correct and helps the company survive, but sometimes short term habits need to be changed for long term improvement and sustainability. We're getting better, but a company doesn't change culture over night.

Thanks for the feedback and perceptive comments. We established a set of core values years ago, and these are still true today for our culture today. We believe in and we live our core values, one of which is “Customer First.” This goes for external customers, as well as internal ones (our people) and we work hard to drive continuous improvement in serving our internal and external customers.
