      Company successful because of smart founders Big, brand customers in USA, Europe, Australia Good staff members in teams

      Cons

      We were asked by director to write review on glassdoor. Join only when you have no other choice Not point to leave bangalore, pune for this political place Very long working hours always, also Saturday and Sunday, holidays

      Best IT Company in Gujarat and most innovative as well as fastest growing IT firm in India

      Pros

      1) The Management is very focused, very transparent to each and every employee and very innovative. 2) The management is very honest in terms of future career aspects and monetary areas. 3) Pays heavily to hard and smart workers. 4) One of the fastest growing IT companies to come across. 5) Believes in originality. 6) Rewards loyalty more than anything. 7) Grows more than 100% every year. 8) Quarterly company wide meetings to share the current position and future plans of the company. Clear vision for every goal set and true commitments to make them meet so far. 9) True open door policy, everyone in the management is welcoming and values every individual at every hierarchy level. 10) Great exposure IT guys in Gujarat. 11) Great Career Opportunities for IT guys in Gujarat state. 12) Great bonus and incentive options (Unimaginably good) 13) Great plans for tax saving 14) Great for IT Sales and Innovative Developers. 15) Good salary package 16) Most flexible work timings

      1) Needs better increments. 2) You need to stick to the company for at least 4-5 years to prove and grow.

      Small company, bad work culture

      Pros

      If you are a fresher and local and want to spend 12 hours in office, this is a good place.

      Cons

      Small company mostly filled with local people. Favorites and blame-games are common place. If you are favorite of top guys, you can get promoted. Otherwise you will have lot of challenges, unless you stick to your job. 3 people were fired in the last 3 months due to these blame games. Many may think small companies will have lot of career opportunities (It is true only if the company is growing and if the top management is willing to recognize the right talent). That is not necessarily the case here. Work culture is very bad. Weak-management, no planning and last minute changes from CEO. Without clear work definition, we ended up rushing for last minute changes always. Spending the whole nights in the office was very common during the release periods. Expect to work minimum 12 hours a day and some teams were even forced to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Managers get called as 'Sir' here.

      Thank you for the candid review. I believe we're a different company today (late 2018), but we're dedicated to addressing these concerns and gaps.
