Pros

1. Good product for upcoming IT boom. 2.Almost best salary among all the companies in Vadodara

Cons

1. Office politics. 2. Management and HR are biased 3. Doesn't consume innovative people/approach. In fact word "innovation" is still alien here. 4. "Apple-polishers" are preferred over hard workers. 5. HR is just for the sake to have these people. 6. No work-life balance. Management feel proud to make people work in extended hours. If one leaves office on-time, everybody stares him as doing an offence. 7. IT infrastructure is not competitive. Free/open source tools preferred over robustness/usability/fulfilling overall purpose. 8. Working environment is not hygienic. 9. Management is not employee focused/employee first. 10. You can be sacked out if you complain of any of above mentioned point.

Pros

Great work opportunities, no distinction on assignment of work, challenging tasks given even to people who are new to technology/process with the purpose of increasing the employee's learning and skills, amazing learning experience and a good work culture.

Cons

Need to have more focus on improving employee's interpersonal skills, possibly by introducing some activities for the same.

Have worked with many organization, have not come across the organization that is well managed and driven. Its good company to let you learn and grow. Focuses on your career growth.

Cons

Sorry, could not see any cons for the organization during last 1.5 year of my tenure.
