      Hot Industry A lot of new information to learn Generally good colleagues RPA is on most companies roadmaps

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, from the C-Suite all the way down to front line managers. Lots of empty promises 70% of the company has been here less than a year. Very little regard for life outside of work "Hyper-growth" means doing anything to pump up #'s for IPO or private sale, at the cost of culture and employee sanity. Nepotism Sexism
