      Lots of work to do, but so much energy and excitement to do it

      Pros

      * Company raised $550M in 2018 from investors including Softbank - things are going to change a ton in 2019 as a result * Strong product-market fit with very strong customer loyalty * Tight-knit founding team who trust each other deeply * The company is changing so fast that none of this will be true in three months!

      Cons

      * Teenager in toddler's clothing: the central support teams weren't prepared for the growth that the company is now experiencing. None of the processes work at the new scale. * Company founders are struggling to scale with the company. They trust each other, but can they learn to trust the incoming class of middle managers that they're hiring? * Company policies are antiquated (e.g., travel policy) and written for the lowest common denominator. Some serious modernization of policy is required. Leaders need to learn to give the team more leash to move fast and get things done. * Stilted and antiquated management style. Feels very top-down in some pockets. * Work-life balance is indeed a struggle for many. There's just so much work to do to keep up with our growth. This problem is made worse by the lack of well-designed processes and support infrastructure to enable teams to work in a frictionless way, * The company is changing so fast that none of this will be true in 3 months!

      Pros

      You can feel the energy in this environment and come to quickly realize this is a different kind of start-up! I joined the company for all of the potential for growth and I have not been disappointed. There are so many ways to contribute that you can quickly make an impact. The technology is cutting edge and the company is primed as the leader in RPA, so it would've been foolish of me to pass up the opportunity to join.

      Cons

      Not a lot of space because we are growing so rapidly that we can't keep up with desk space so you may have to shuffle a bit. More facilities like an onsite gym, more meeting space needed, but I'm sure will be coming soon. In the next year, we will need another larger building :)

      Beware ... Worst company to work with in Bay Area

      Pros

      People who work there are good and hard working. Knowing the management is not good and they dont treat you well they still are good to each other.

      Cons

      Promises of higher pay and good work and personal life balance but they say leave if you can't work in this environment. They take advantage of each and every employee and pay then the minimum. Make you work or travel on weekends because they have promised the client 5 days 40 hours. The client pay then 2000$ per day and they dont even pay the employee 10% of that. Dont join this company.
