      Pros

      Mid and some upper level management are solid leaders. The vision Mihir and team put forth for their solutions is truly motivating and at times seems attainable. The capabilities of the product when people are actually able to implement can be extremely cost effective and impact a lot of change.

      Cons

      Some executives are incredibly egotistical and will not listen to alternative opinions. Their products are now ending up as features in a lot of larger technology players in the market thanks to the explosion of GenAI. Everything has a "copilot," so what they are doing is not new or unique at all anymore which is unfortunate because the product vision was cool at one point.
