      Pros

      Automation Anywhere is a fantastic place to work at and there is not a single day I have felt that I have been let down by choosing to work here. The top management truly cares about their teams and have created a super workplace which let's people do what they are most passionate about. I've loved working for a company with such an inspiring vision and awesome product direction/speed of development. Open door policy. I've always felt comfortable voicing concerns and giving honest feedback even if it wasn't the most popular opinion. - Great team culture - Transparent leadership - GraetProducts .. constantly learning from customers to take the experience to the next level!

      Cons

      It’s a high growth environment which means that processes are constantly being implemented, refined, and changed. This is expected given the stage that the company is currently in and senior leadership is aware of the need to evolve as the company grows.

      Responsible and caring leadership at all levels C-Suite conducts regular open communication with all levels of organization Promotion opportunities are available and good performance rewarded Healthy environment and one team on goal mentality

      Challenges around growth and expansion Rocky internal communication at times Hours have to be individually managed with global team Work-life balance management can be challenging

      Incompetent management, unwilling to admit faults

      Pros

      Outstanding workers who truly believe in what they're doing, and devote all their energy to achieving success for the company. Excellent benefits package. Get hired at a great title and salary; stay for a year, get experience, and leave for someplace better before you're exhausted and beat.

      Cons

      Most of the original founders are still in leadership roles, so they're unable to adapt to changes in the market and they haven't had a new idea or corporate structure in over a decade. There is no respect for personal time; you'll get texts and calls during weekends and holidays. If you don't respond, expect a poor review. Company claims "we don't track vacation, take it when you need it." In fact, ask any employee how many holidays they've actually taken in the past year; you'll be shocked. Low-level management is highly collaborative, but upper management (especially Marketing and CEO) have no interest in other ideas. State a counter-opinion, and you may be part of the next RIF (which still continue almost weekly, in onesies and twosies). When you join, you'll get stock options; that'll never happen again.

      We do value the perspective of all employees - current and former. It's surprising that you feel employees are unable to use Personal Time Off. Requests are not denied without extraordinary reasons. Not sure what your comment regarding stock options refers to as we refresh stock grants between the second and third vesting. Your remarks about the Marketing department management and the CEO will be reviewed by our senior executives. Thanks for taking the time to let us know your thoughts and best wishes for your future.
