      1. Vision of company, 2. AMAZING people, 3. Great products, 4. lots of opportunity to grow as the company gros. 5. The core values of the company are embodied and integrated as of day 1

      Cons

      1. growing so fast that the operations are having a hard time keeping up, 2. and it's hard to slow down to get people aligned. 3. recruiting putting a lot of pressure to make fast decisions when you're being hired.

      An Opportunity So Rare

      Pros

      Some of the smartest, most supportive people with whom I've ever worked. A culture focused on customer success I find extraordinary. We don't just talk. We do. We get things done. A personal growth opportunity like no other, if you're committed, driven and focused. If you ambitious, the opportunities are limitless. There are few companies which offer this kind of extraordinary opportunity.

      Cons

      No doubt - it's challenging and it's a lot of hard work. It's not right for everyone. Meeting and embracing challenges has to be part of your character. If you want a typical 9-5 job, this is not the place for you.

      Thank you for your review and thoughtful note to self! Agree with your "cons" -- this we hear over and over via our internal surveys: "it's not for everyone." We do need to find more balance than we're currently experiencing, but we also have to be totally honest with candidates that we've got quite a gap to close. -v

      Great Technology, great industry!

      Pros

      #1 Company in the RPA space with cutting edge technology. Nobody wants to be the B or C player in the market. Customers are knocking down our doors to purchase RPA right now. This industry is on fire, and this company is doing all the right things to capitalize on it and ride the wave to the top. Good people and everybody is ready to jump in the deep end with you on a deal to do whatever it take to make sure we win. Lots of face time with clients, this is a true solution sale, and customers welcome the collaberation.

      Cons

      Hyper-growth company, so change is constant, but that is to be expected. Base pay is very competitive, but the commission structure needs some changes like pay on multi-year deals instead of just the first-year contract value. Did not get a ramp period and had a quota month 1 even though it is a 6-month sales cycle for new business... So, negotiate a draw, and be ready to put some work in to play catch up the second half of the first year.
