None, it was a pain to work there

For most of my career, I have worked for very large and very successful companies, but felt I was beginning to spend more time on internal politics and internal processes - less customer focus. I also just came off a nice stint at a much smaller start up (150 people) where your work has a magnifying impact - was very fulfilling, but at the same time it had its share of challenges - financial uncertainty, and complete lack of infrastructure. With Automation Anywhere, I feel I have hit the jackpot. I look forward to coming in to work every day - the energy, the passion and the open but cozy seating arrangement makes for a very conducive work environment. The challenges and possibilities make for a very exciting opportunity, with the knowledge that the company is quite successful already, but in a very early inning. Across the company, every individual has been very open and helpful, with a focus on tackling key issues without any agenda. The leadership is also very approachable, Surprising that not many folks have heard of this wonderful gem of a company! We are continuing to grow at a rapid clip - exciting times ahead!!
