- They pay very well for rock star performers - Generous bonus structure based on OKRs and Company performance - HR is always looking to add meaningful benefits - Trusted to do my job with zero micro-management - C-Suite working super hard and has done a great job on our company culture - Transparency in townhalls - I get to lead an amazing and diverse team - LinkedIn Learning recently added

Pros

6 months in and this place is great. The leadership (especially Sales Leadership) is top notch. They will push you but are also super engaging and want to help as much as possible. The sales tools and partnerships are here to be successful if you put in the work. I have also never worked at a place that put so much emphasis on employee wellness. People really care about your physical and mental well-being here.

Cons

Like many fast growing companies you have to be patient at times and be creative in how you build your business.

I am so excited to see the C-team evolving into what it is today! We've come such a long way in the past several years and its great to see all the hard work the employees have put in finally close to paying off with an IPO! So many awesome leaders here now that are serious about taking the company to the next phase. James Budge, CFO, Mike Mike Miccuci, COO, Chris Riley CRO, just to name a few! I feel like we finally have the right talented leaders in place and its been worth all the growing pains along the way. We've been talking about being a public company for years and I feel like its finally close to happening!

Cons

Everyone is so busy, that you have to be patient with your own teams priorities, as they are not always top on the list when you need resources. Budgets also continues to be a concern. Limited funds/tools to really be as effective as I'd like to be.
