Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to make a difference and strive for excellence. Compensation and benefits are great. Transparent communication from the executive team.

Cons

This is not so much a con, but you really need to be a self-starter and adaptable to thrive. People looking to achieve the status-quo will be left behind in this fast paced environment.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to have impact on the product and see your efforts make a difference. They hire senior staff and also give people new in their careers the chance to learn and grow, so there is a good mix of seasoned employees and those just starting out. C-Team closely monitors employee morale and has made efforts to act on that feedback. Weekly CEO meetings with the whole company keep employee base informed of strategic goals at the highest levels. Recognition of each other is encouraged and regularly expressed in creative ways. Diversity is recognized with special presentations to raise awareness company-wide, such as 8 minutes 46 seconds of silence to show the gravity of George Floyd's experience and passing. Branding provides us Zoom backgrounds that allow all employees to support current cultural events in their meetings with each other and third parties. Pay is excellent and benefits are good.

Cons

Reduction in workforce due to Covid crashed company morale and caused more attrition as a result. Executive management took critical feedback and made some efforts to counteract the effects. They still take regular surveys for employee feedback and encourage brutal candor. Management is male gender-heavy, but they are aware and can hopefully balance that out.

Pros

There are some really great people here. They have attracted some of the best in their fields who are really top notch. The pay is competitive. They are flexible and you can work from home. It is a truly global company. The product is exciting and offers good ROI for customers. It is a great place to really make a difference.

Cons

Growing pains that come with growth. Things are not as polished here and there are processes that are missing and need to be developed. If you want to work a basic job and not expect to share and lead and make a difference, this will be hard for you. You can work yourself into a frenzy here if you are not used to pressure (or you can work smart and not give in). I would say yes, the critique that there is nepotism is fair and there is very much "old timers" or "new", meaning old timers are people who have been with the company for a long time. At best, the "old timers" have great knowledge to share and passion for the company. Or, they are doing their best but don't know what it takes to operate a best in class org but are kind of untouchable.
