Thank you for taking the time to let us know your assessment of AAI! As a former employee, you bring a unique perspective - as our CHRO says "we want you to value the real estate Automation Anywhere takes up on your resume" and it sounds like that it true in your case. Wishing you the very best for the future.

Pros

-Exciting industry -- I personally use the product to automate tons of work. It's awesome, challenging, and fufilling work -the company spent around a year looking for a new CRO and just hired one, but he won't have any real power because the bozos in charge don't trust anyone

Cons

-ThIs is not a 3-star company. It's closer to A 1.5 star company. The fact of the matter is that the company blitz-scaled into a pandemic. And a company's first goal is to exist. Risky times = safety measures. The layoffs were unfortunate but necessary.

Your comments have been heard and we have just instated measures to alleviate some workload demands - a Monday Morning Meeting Ban, No Work Wednesdays, etc. I do hope that we can improve from your current rating with some of those measures and the changes being made to ensure the long term success of Automation Anywhere.
