Pros

- The fastest growing company that I've ever worked for, and it moves incredibly fast in execution, which makes for an energizing environment - Employees are empowered to 'run with it' -- to take things and drive them, and come up with new ideas and make things happen within the context of the strategy - Great corporate culture and highly collaborative -- the most healthy/positive one in which I've worked. It starts from the tone that the CEO sets -- a real focus on "One Team, One Goal" and "Customer First" which is embraced by the organization. Minimal 'politics' -- the focus is on growth, customers, and collaborating to drive results and make great things happen

Cons

- Because we're growing and moving fast, silos can occur where one area isn't aware of what the other is doing. It's a recognized issue and there's movement toward cross-group alignment and OKRs. - Benefits could be better though adequate for a private company - Less mature processes (e.g. career development) though that's moving quickly in the right direction
