      Clients above all else Innovation first culture Independence to make the role your own A team culture ..collaborative and flexible Employee engagement activities and effort from the HR team is tremendous

      CEO Vision Sales Orientation HOT industry Good Investors Only go getters will survive Senior leadership is very experienced and well know in the industry

      Too much toxicity at Management level

      Great technology and roadmap are already in place

      Cons

      Fast pace of growth is much too fast. Turnover is really high due to managers more concerned about their own visibility than growing a successful team.
