      Pros

      This company has the momentum and opportunity for an amazing ride. The technology is great, and will help transform how we all work. I work with a great set of peers and I'm frequently reminded that I made a good choice coming to work here.

      Cons

      This is a company in transition in many ways. There are some growing pains that I've found are typical for a company that is scaling such as a sometimes confusing systems landscape and processes that sometimes aren't well defined. From all accounts, that is a temporary issue and folks are working on removing friction in many areas.
