Excellent opportunity, brilliant marketing & Upcoming tech

Cons

Leadership is significantly lacking, the Executive department doesn't' support employees. No transparency with employees and the constant moving of the goalposts. It is disappointing to see most layoffs were females in power to be replaced by men with less experience.

Your comments are noted and will be read at the executive level. BTW, we monitor the ratio of males/females in an action such as was taken recently and a layoff means that a position was eliminated and under the law, cannot be replaced within 6 months. We remain compliant with that restriction and have not replaced any of the individual impacted by the layoff.

Not a good place to work at all

Employees are good to work with but not the higher management.

Cons

They treat their employees really bad and dont pay then well and try to save money by not paying the employees and filling their own pockets.
