Pros

Fast paced and never dull

Cons

Lacking clear leadership and no sales culture. Constantly changing direction, many poor decisions made. Very tactical with no long term strategy. Tough targets that vast majority of sales reps were well short of.

Pros

For the fact Automation Anywhere is the company who invented RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and that too on cloud native platform. And the cherry on the top is the highly qualified and best in the industry leaders behind its success! The best company I've worked for so far!

Cons

No cons so far in my 2.5 years of journey

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Generally good about remote work and work/life balance. Some really smart people and lots of great employees in India who create value. Strong Product and Engineering leaders who get it. Product and Engineering teams are usually shielded from the many issues at the top of the company.

Cons

Founding team changes direction every couple of months. They are pushing the company towards an IPO simply to give themselves liquidity, not based on the business readiness and need. Founding team refuses to take blame for issues and designs plans with a goal of assigning blame to others. They set low targets for the areas of the business they own, then push massive targets on the areas of the business they don't own. The founding team can then go to the board and say "We did our job but the other non-founding executives did not." The founding team is chaotic. A team at the company will spend months planning and organizing something, only for one of the founders to step in at the 11th hour and throw a wrench into all of the work without any context or reason. This all creates a massive lack of trust throughout the company. This is the worst company culture I've seen.
