Founding team changes direction every couple of months. They are pushing the company towards an IPO simply to give themselves liquidity, not based on the business readiness and need. Founding team refuses to take blame for issues and designs plans with a goal of assigning blame to others. They set low targets for the areas of the business they own, then push massive targets on the areas of the business they don't own. The founding team can then go to the board and say "We did our job but the other non-founding executives did not." The founding team is chaotic. A team at the company will spend months planning and organizing something, only for one of the founders to step in at the 11th hour and throw a wrench into all of the work without any context or reason. This all creates a massive lack of trust throughout the company. This is the worst company culture I've seen.
