      Only pro thing is that they give good packages , that is too depend on your manager .

      Cons

      No Job safety , sudden layoff which has started in 2020 and continuing since then , Heavy workload . No work -life baance

      –Last minute requests (lack of better planning). –Unstable teams and leadership. –Remote culture could be better. –Not much growth/career development within team.

      Pros

      The intelligent automation market is large and growing, the product is cloud-based, and colleagues are generally easy to work with.

      Cons

      No clearly communicated strategy for how the company will win in the long-run, especially against larger, more well-funded, and more professionally managed competitors. Two rounds of layoffs in 2023 and maybe more in the future. Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Operating Officer all exited in the last few months for other opportunities - not a good sign that the company will be going public any time soon.
