Fast growth environment The leadership teams do a good job guiding and providing autonomy to the teams to run their projects It is easy to see the impact we are making in our customers

Cons

Poor work life balance Everything is high priority and new unplanned work keeps getting added on top of what was already over the capacity of a team or a person No space in the office, new people gets added and they need to share offices. No meeting rooms available.

We met with our new CSO (you may have seen him introduce himself at All Hands in September) today and we spent quite a bit of time discussing how he might help us with the issues of prioritization and planning. Obviously it will take many hands to tackle this course adjustment, but with your help and consistent pressure, we'll get it done.
