Pros

It’s a job, talented and hardworking teammates

Cons

Incompetent upper management, middle management with legacy attitudes make it impossible to move forward, nepotism is astonishing and jaw dropping, getting worked to the bone, zero trust, demoralized and burnt out employees.

We do have a husband and wife as 2 of our 4 founders but beyond that, it's not clear where you think we have relatives hiring relatives. We are working to ensure a diverse workforce which means bringing in people with different mindsets, experiences and perspectives. Thanks for providing your perspective and this will be read by the senior management.

Pros

Pay is competitive and benefits options are good.

Cons

They will flush you down the toilet like a turd when they're done with you. Management is incompetent, uncommunicative, unapproachable, and heartless.

I'm so sorry that you feel the Company was 'done with you.' We felt the loss of each and every person who was part of our recent reduction in force and as most other companies who have experienced negative impact on revenue recently, we had to trim our costs to ensure the long-term survival of the Company.

Pros

If you are lucky then you will make good friends and colleagues.

Cons

Automation Anywhere did 3 layoffs so far from April last week to June third week of 2020 siting COVID-19 and other reasons. If you are on H1B or F1 visas then please don't join this company, many of my colleagues who were on visa - ended up in 60 day grace period due to layoffs. Company will sponsor green card and other visas based on performance. During these 3 layoffs they have let go people who actually work and retained middle management of Bot Store and other teams , who literally does not know anything and have not executed anything useful. Company is under waters and its struggling to make a sale. Sales is pushing customers/prospects to buy more licenses, but customers on the other hand have not used existing purchased licenses. No perks and benefits. No 401K match, $0 contributed by employer.

A reduction in force is about selecting jobs to eliminate - there was not consideration as to the immigration status of the incumbents. The same holds true of candidate selection. It is unfortunate that anyone loses employment during this pandemic. With respect to 'no perks and benefits' - let's remember that medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances (with employees paying less than 10% of the cost) as well as quarterly/annual bonuses, stock options, gym and cell phone subsidies are some of the programs which are provided.
