Employee cultural revolves around great communication, one team one goal, and growth. My experience working for Automation Anywhere has been nothing but wonderful. I've been given multiple opportunities that utilizes my full protentional professionally. With Automation Anywhere there is a place for everyone. I constantly feel supported and heard by colleagues of all ORGS.

Cons

Product wise equipment distributed to employees could be more up to date.

Incredible company for an employee to "make a difference" - teams are provided opportunities to contribute each & every day to the success of the company, the product and the RPA market overall. The transparency, professionalism and dedication of focusing on employees, customers and product is unparalleled - having worked in large corporations and small start ups, I've not experienced any organization with such a finely tuned focus!

Cons

Hard work, however the rewards both personally and professionally from the clear results more than compensate for a day's hard work! So not so much a "con" 😊!

Technology space is very exciting and is undergoing massive growth Lot of talented co-workers Nearing IPO Technology's impact can be visually seen in many customers which i have hardly experienced previously. Decent pay.

Cons

worklife balance could be better stock options are pretty low in comparison to other silicon valley cofounders can open up a bit more and bring in external leadership.
