One of the big benefits of working at Automation Anywhere is being an active part of the 4th industrial revolution. Feeling that you make part of something big and transformative is always inspiring. The company has great perks, the people are talented and care for each other and the leadership is communicative and empowers their employees

Cons

As a company in constant change and super fast growth , there is always some chaos. There is still a need for more structured internal processes and organization.

The market opportunity is tremendous. Sometimes you work really hard in companies where you are pushing uphill against the market. This is exactly the opposite. The market is super hot!!

Cons

It can get all consuming. It is up to you to manage that and set boundaries.
