We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience at Automation Hero. Please know we take all concerns seriously. As with all startups, we have aggressive growth goals and we are looking for people who are excited by that challenge. It's a very hot market right now and there is a lot of opportunity. But building a company is also a lot of hard work. That being said, we do not condone fear as a motivator and strive to create a positive work environment. In regards to the statement, "If you close a deal, they fire you, so they don't have to pay you" - we want to assure you that this is not the case. Retaining top talent is crucial to us, and it is actually more challenging for us to let someone go and then rehire and retrain new employees. We recognize the value of skilled professionals and their contributions to our organization. We also respectfully disagree with your assessment of our technology and can point to a number of analyst reports and awards that point to how our technology outperforms competitors (and, of course, customer testimonials). We're happy to share these with any potential candidates.
