Quarterly bonuses dependent on performance. Overtime is available. Can use headphones.
Cons
Warehouse culture is toxic - hourly quotas for all individuals in all departments - very strict point system for attendance (you cannot take a day off without approval and if you do you get marked 1 point) - extremely physical (walking 5 miles a day picking) - every day is a 'crisis' for the last half of the day - expected to put company before yourself. (My uncle passed and I was told "we need you here" and I was not granted any leave, even day of) -
