Pros
Pros included quarterly bonuses, there were a lot of nice people, and team leaders that cared about their employees, at least at the time I was there.
Cons
They fired people fast--in the time I worked there, I saw about seven or eight employees, as well as a supervisor, get fired, not including those that quit on their own accord. The turnover was insane.
