Good teammates in Sales team and Customer Service

Cons

Toxic, Micromanagement environment led by the CEO and CRO. They care more about being in the office than results. So WFH is limited and always a threat. Perhaps some of the dumbest people running company: CEO, CRO, COO. No clue on how to run a distribution company. Constants management by fear from the CRO, who has no clue.
