Good workers terrible management

Pros

Some Warehouse workers are great and work hard with great personality

Cons

They hire children from temp agencies that don't care about work and pay them close to veterans They let racism get away and don't supervise their employees during conflicts Pay is mediocre and a 50 cent raise every year when people work hard Don't care for mental health or physical health. They had a fire and still made people work to this day. HR will do nothing if you want to remain anonymous if someone is harassing you System doesn't work at all so employees have to work even harder to fulfill duties New management doesn't even know what employees do
