Pros
Sales team works from home office-when not in meetings, attending seminars, etc.
Cons
Favoritism, Management expects you to be dishonest to Dealers in order to squeeze more money from them, you'll get fired if you don't make your sales goal-I've seen many talented people fired! Or, the territory gets switched around so you have no prospects, past due A/R accounts that go against you, no chance to succeed!
