management has open door policy. ceo interacts with staff on a regular basis. very laid back environment all together. autotrader really takes care of their employees. great perks and benefits.

Cons

Management as a whole is good. I just happened to be assigned to a bad manager. Every one was scared of her because of how she did business in the department she was over. Nonetheless she no longer works there so I'm sure everyone that stayed during her tenure exclaimed Hallelujah when she made her exit!
