      Fantastic benefit packages Work/life balance highly encouraged Lots of development training Senior leadership focus on employee surveys and feedback

      Cons

      Little direction by management which leads to poor execution and more chaos for employees mid-level and below Little reliance on expertise and knowledge of lower level employees No clear expectations and/or changing responsibilities due to constant operational change Doing too much at once, no priorities, constant firedrills

      Pros

      Benefits through Cox are good. People are talented, but constrained by management If you are in the right circle and enjoy drinking your career will go far

      Cons

      Very sterile enviroment. Communicating with peers through email or IM only No privacy during meetings - all glass meeting rooms Very top heavy organization In fighting amongst department heads Departmental survey yields low rating results but issues are never addressed Takes too long for management to make decisions

      Pros

      Good relationships with most dealers. Benefits are average. Vacation plan is good. Middle management are supportive most of the time.

      Cons

      Upper Management is out of touch with reality in the field. Company continues to change comp plan making it very difficult to survive in small to medium markets. AC's must continue to sell more & more to the same dealers. Dealers are not seeing ROI with ATC anymore. 1000 lb Gorilla! Very stressful environment!
