      Pros

      I was and still am loyal to this company even though I don't work for them anymore. They are very respectful of employees, have good benefits and more than competitive compensation. This was a great work experience because of my bosses who were more than competent in their jobs.

      Cons

      I had great leaders in my dept but overall, Execs here have big egos with questionable decisions behind them. Employee feedback about the direction of the company could have proved valuable when they started laying off 1 1/2 yrs ago. They got too big too fast and felt invincible.

      Pros

      Had some great people to work with in my department You were given the chance to grow your skills and advance.

      Cons

      The last six months at the company as operations wound down. Information from upper management to operational staff wasn't the greatest.

      Pros

      There are some great people who work there and they have some cutting edge technology and new processes. Work with great colleagues.

      Cons

      Some of the C team is very good. Most management in IT, Finance and HR is horrible. Too much dead wood (Cox lifers) in management and this hurts ATC.
