      #1 for online advertisers in the automotive market place always looking for the next innovation in online advertising Good benefits and pay Ability to move to different parts of the country if in a sales role

      Pros

      I've been an employee for ten years. I really hate the city I'm in, and my job is the only thing keeping me here. I love ATC. In ten years not once have I considered working anywhere else. The people, company philosophies, culture, and benefits... they simply can't be beat.

      Cons

      We've had growing pains over the ten years I've been here, but who hasn't? It's tough going from a start-up company to becoming a giant in the industry. What matters to me is how we recover - and I've never seen our leadership take us through any of those growing pains without integrity and genuine concern for us.
