Fitness Center, Okay benefits,company is actively involved with community service.
Cons
Micromanagment, supervisors that retailate if you go above their head when needed or go to HR The company has gone thru ligation several times for unfair practices. If you are in a one on one with your supervisor and you have a question- it is best to remain silent because they will write you up for it . Supervisors and some employees will make sexist remarks but when you try to report it no one does anything. Bullying behavior from supervisors is also the norm.
