      Excellent place to work, full of positive, motivated, hardworking people. Always wanting to achieve excellence and doing so and a friendly working environment. Always opportunities to grow in the business and change your career to something suited to you.

      Pros

      Great product, works great for advertisers. The benefits are good. You will find some amazing coworkers that can be life long friends.

      Cons

      This is the ultimate boys club. Don't think about getting promotions, opportunities if you are not apart of the I crowd. Compensation is on the lacking part, if you have experience there are plenty of other opportunities to make better money. If you have good values and want to good honest people this is not the place for you, beware of the snakes, they are everywhere especially upper management.
