      Bad culture in some software engineering teams managed by weak and incompetent managers where bullying is a norm and mob mentality prevails but those incompetent managers do nothing to help the bullied victim who actually does a good job but targeted by jealous coworkers and the manager take the side of bully to cover up their own incompetence and would rather stay on bully’s side to keep his/her job safe and let the bullying continue. I was that victim and I am glad I could found a new job and quit that team for good. I might work for Autotrader again but never under that manager.
