      Pros

      Great benefits for employees. If you want to live in Atlanta, even better benefits.

      Cons

      Only real opportunities for advancement are at their headquarters in Atlanta. If you don't want to relocate, don't bother joining this company.

      Part a great parent company, (Cox Enterprises) Benefits are above the norm A respected industry leader, highly involved in giving back to the community

      Cons

      After many acquisitions, some of them years ago, have not truly leveraged the ability to integrate them. Each works off of their own objectives and often to the detriment of the others. The company has also lost it's "caring feel" in regards to their employees. In the past you felt like a valued person. Now you are only recognized by a number.

      Nice company to work for. Relaxed culture. Flexible, work/life balance (depends on which department) you work in.

      Politics and favoritism. Style of management needs much improvement!
