There are no Pros to this company. No matter what your nationality...it is still hidden slavery, if you are a contractor.

Cons

If you are a contractor, you will be used up...No matter how well you perform. They have a high turn over rate and they will never higher you permanently. It took most of the permanent people two years or more before they were hired on as perms. Trust me they treat their contractors with...No respect!

Good company to work for. Excellent benefits, home office, great support, ability to make good income. Training is on going and available.

Cons

Family/work balance is difficult. Travel is a must. Weak upper management in some cases. Good old boy club environment. Reviews are not always accurate and are attached to bonus.
