Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions to the team. You gave us some solid “Pros,” and we thank you for recognizing where we got it right. Availity is experiencing rapid growth and change at the same time, which can sometimes lead to increased demands and evolving work schedules. We want to emphasize the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We believe that well-being is a priority, and we strongly encourage all our associates to utilize paid time off (PTO) to recharge and flex their schedule to create balance and communicate with their management team if they find it difficult to schedule time away or experience challenges with the workload. Transparent communication helps us better support our associates and ensures we continue to grow together in a sustainable way. Thank you again for your feedback and contributions. We wish you the very best in your next chapter.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for highlighting our great benefits, PTO, and management support — we’re glad those aspects stood out during your time with us. The Client Services role is critical for us as each associate in this space gathers valuable information by speaking directly with the clients all day, every day. While we strive to provide flexibility where possible, this role requires a structured schedule to meet the needs of our customers and partners. We appreciate your contributions and wish you continued success in your career.
