      Opportunity for growth. Senior leadership takes interest in staff development. Ability to work across mulitple teams. Good team attitude and not micro-managed

      - Everyone is eager to help - Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement - Very happy and ethical people - Information share and employee interaction is much better than most companies - Still has employee gatherings and other perks that most companies have eliminated - Treats employees with dignity and respect

      Cons

      - Fast pace that is not for under-performers - Going through growing pains one would expect for a company at their growth stage - Some programs and processes still need maturing
