      Pros

      Availity's culture promotes a healthy work-life balance, and the leadership/management truly values employee contributions. One of the best parts of working here is the focus on innovation and the continuous learning opportunities. The team is collaborative, and there’s always a sense of support when tackling new challenges. I’ve also appreciated the flexibility that allows me to manage my workload effectively, without sacrificing my personal time.

      Like any growing organization, there are occasional challenges, such as navigating through evolving processes.

A unique combination of technology-enabled solutions and BPO services sets Availity apart. 3. They ensure a healthy work-life balance for their employees and offer competitive remuneration.

      Cons

      Availity established its offshore cost center in Bangalore, India, in 2016. Despite their efforts, the desired growth in the healthcare RCM business did not materialize. The presence of experienced sales, marketing professionals and adherence to the inputs from domain experts, could have fostered significant growth in the U.S. healthcare RCM sector in India. 7 years down the line, they decided to sell their eligibility, benefits, authorization SaaS, and BPO business to another organization.
