      Good Company For Software In Indianapolis

      Pros

      I enjoy the people and environment in the Indianapolis office. The technologies are beginning to move in the proper direction.

      Cons

      Salary isn't as good as other opportunities around Indianapolis. More conference opportunities for development staff in Indianapolis.

      Promotion opportunities and great new perks

      Pros

      Recently promoted from ACS to a new role. Really appreciate my manager working with me on shaping my career and Availity's interest in promoting internally. Great new space on the 2nd floor.

      Not really any cons, people make the work fun.

We pride ourselves on the promotional opportunities for employees who learn our business by first working in the Client Services Center. Great to hear that you are enjoying the new space on the 2nd floor! Parking issues can be an unfortunate part of the pains of a growing business. The lot next to ours has available space; it’s a bit further but on a positive note, Fit Bit users can get in those extra steps!

      Not too hard once you learn the job, lax dress code (jeans everyday), learn a lot about EDI transactions

      Cons

      Have to constantly get used to changes
