Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We agree with you; Availity is a great place to work! We’re even Great Place to Work™-certified for two years running. We love hearing that you enjoy our compensation and benefits programs—our HR team has worked hard to ensure we have one of the most competitive benefit plans in the industry. We also love our facilities in Jacksonville and Indianapolis. While we continue to embrace the flexible, remote work culture brought on by Covid, we are excited to begin using our offices more for collaboration and team meetings when it makes sense. Associate wellness is vital to our thriving culture. Availity is growing very fast, which can increase demands on our workloads. Some roles may experience more stressful situations than others, but we strongly encourage associates to create boundaries to keep their work-life balance in check. To help, Availity also offers several wellness programs each year, including the associate step challenge, lunchtime chair yoga, and even mindfulness training.
