Pros

Great place to learn and grow. Management is very supportive and encourages forward thinking.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other top companies and internal tools to promote efficiency are lacking for a tech company.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! Given your tenure with the company, the positive remarks on our management team means a lot. When we consider compensation, we encourage associates to look at compensation in addition to Total Rewards. Pay is significant, for sure. But so are benefits (health, dental, prescription, and vision), unlimited PTO for exempt associates, generous 401K contributions, wellness programs, workplace culture, recognition, work/life balance, career development and fulfillment, diversity and inclusion programs, volunteer hours and giving back to our communities, and more. If something is off for any of these aspects, talk to your manager. Availity is undergoing significant growth, and part of that is redefining our processes for scale. We agree that there is an opportunity to improve and operate more efficiently. Your extensive experience will likely be valuable during this process—we hope you are actively involved with improvements to your team. Again, thank you so much for your review and feedback. We are glad to have you on the team after all these years.

Pros

Remote positions with the flexibility to work from home in your comfy, pajama pants. Terrific, paid training from day one. Friendly, encouraging supervisors who guide you along the way.

Cons

Honestly, the only thing that would possibly be perceived as a con for some might be the 30 minute lunch, but Availity is now beginning to offer 1 hour lunch options for employees in the future.

Thank you for taking a moment to write a review. We are grateful for our remote associates and the flexibility this work experience provides (especially pajama pants)! Leadership is essential at Availity, so we invest in training and skill development opportunities for our supervisors, like listening to our associates’ needs. We appreciate the feedback on the lunches. Similar feedback brought about the 1-hour lunch option, so keep speaking up.

Pros

Management listens to concerns of workers.

Cons

Training during the pandemic was not good. The pay increase after 90 days comes with other stipulations.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Since going fully remote in March 2020 and continuing to embrace remote work today, we have invested so much energy into improving our onboarding and training programs. Overall, we have received positive feedback from associates, but we’re sorry if the training didn’t meet your needs or expectations. We appreciate your feedback.
