Thank you for the five-star review and for calling out our great teammates and interesting work. We appreciate your patience as we complete our transition to GitLab and AWS. Like any large change, there are a few rough edges, and we’re working through them with staged rollouts, documentation, and support so engineers can stay productive. Regarding your advice about fewer meetings - we understand. We’re encouraging “agenda-first” invites, shorter sessions, and more async collaboration so teams can protect focus time and ship faster. If you have suggestions on specific recurring meetings that could be trimmed or moved to async, please share them with your manager and teammates. Thanks again for the feedback and for being part of Availity.

Pros

-You'll get many benefits, such as being able to work from anywhere within the US, 'unlimited' PTO, bonus, medical insurance, and more. -They set you up with your own equipment and the quality is very high -Relatively small teams so you can feel right at home. -Coworkers are really friendly.

Cons

-It can be really tedious to complete your work due to limitations within the projects and the release schedules. -If you're looking for international remote work, it won't be allowed.

It's great to know that our small team environment and friendly coworkers have made you feel at home. We also acknowledge your concerns about project limitations and release schedules. Your feedback is valuable, and we are continuously improving our processes to make the work experience smoother for everyone. We recommend that you speak with your manager if you have any recommendations for improving the process. We do allow some international remote work, so please speak with your manager about your specific request and review our International Remote Work Policy for details.
