No focus ... inept executive senior leadership

They have a kegerator. Immediate co-workers were great to work with.

Cons

Senior leadership is clueless ... Over the previous 18 months they brought in alot of very experienced talent but the existing leadership has no interest in changing their ways or seeking acting on the advice of employees. Compensation is poor, especially if you don't have stock options. If you don't work in Bainbridge Island office the company really doesn't care about your work environment. If you work in BI the office is completely overcrowded.

Fun, performance oriented, opportunity for growth. Teams are all incentivized on the same things, so its easy to work as a team. Sales management, biz dev, and marketing all work towards the same goals. Very open company, people are willing to lend a helping hand.

Cons

Unorganized, hard to get answers sometimes for basic things.
