I feel like I have found my home! I have never worked in a company that supports and values me as much as Avanade does. The people are really special, the experiences are unique and unlike any other, they truly care about employee experience and putting people at the heart of their decision making and strategy I feel fortunate to be a part of a company that is progressive in its thinking, and acknowledges where there are opportunities to grow and change things for the better Very smart people - you will be challenged in good ways, and feel motivated to do your best work here Positive work environment - open and transparent
