Pros

You are given lots of freedom to seek your own opportunities within the business. My impression was that Avanade work hard to keep evolving and improving the culture and environment for their people whilst seeking opportunities to grow as a business.

Cons

Nothing. Hard for me to criticise and also to rate as I joined Avanade as part of an acquisition for just one year but my experience was positive.
